How long does printing take?
Turnaround times depend on the product and quantity. T-shirt printing typically takes 2-5 business days, banners 1-2 days, and business cards 2-3 days. Large orders may require additional time. We'll always provide an accurate timeline when you place your order.
Do you offer design services?
Yes! We have an in-house graphic design team that can create custom designs for your project. We also offer free design consultations and can work with your existing artwork. If you don't have a design ready, we'll help you create one.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We have no minimum order for most products! Whether you need 10 business cards or 500 t-shirts, we can accommodate your order. However, bulk orders receive discounted pricing, so the more you order, the more you save.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we offer free delivery within Harare for orders over $50. For orders outside Harare, we can arrange courier delivery at an affordable rate. We also offer a convenient pickup option from our shop.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods including EcoCash, bank transfers, and cash. For large corporate orders, we can also provide proforma invoices and payment terms upon request.
